Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 3: Explorers of Sky Game Tips
Ok, so here are some tips that you can follow. These are only for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 3 but can work on other Mystery Dungeon game. So, don't take these
and put them on your site unless you give credit to me. A link back is appreciated but not required! ^^ If you have any questions or any other tips you
want to share and put them on this page contact me. I'll give credit to you if you send me a tip to put on

Abbreviation Guide
Just in case if your wondering what the abbreviations is, the guide is below.
- Lv. (Level)
- Ex. (Example)
Tips
- When you start the game and go into Beach Cave, level up to Lv. 7-9 to succeed in later dungeons. If you do this, than you can be a high level in later dungeons.
(Ex. You level up to Lv. 9, when your in Temporal Tower, you'd probably be Lv. 38-40 if you trained a lot.)
- Save before going into any dungeon!!! If you faint in the dungeon you lose all your money and half of your items or more. If you saved before going into the dungeon
you could turn off you DS than you'd be at the place where you saved so you have your items back! :D Save at way points too! They help when your in a big dungeon like
Temporal Tower!
WARNING: Don't quicksave after saving though. Your saved data will be replaced with this quicksave data in the dungeon. So if your defeated and you quicksaved, than
when you turn off you DS and on again all your items and your money will long gone! D:
- Don't overuse Reviver Seeds! They revive your team members when they run out of HP! If you use a lot of Reviver Seeds and you didn't save some up,
than you have to find them again(this takes a lot of time) or buy them again by paying 800 Poke! That's a lot of your money! So if you've used probably 5 or 3 Reviver Seeds, I suggest
turning off your DS and on again. The tip above will help with this situation.
- Heal when your at low health. When you see that weird excalmation point over your head, check your HP bar. (Or your team member's if this happens to them.) If this is the case, you
should have an Oran Berry to heal 100 points of HP! If you have a Sitrus Berry, better! So make sure you have a good supply of Oran Berries before heading out on a exploration!
- Equip your team members. Have some Def. Scarfs, Power Bands, Special Bands, etc. for your team members to equip. These help up the Pokemon's stats. Not increase them permeantly but
ups them. For instance, if you have a Staraptor as a team member with high Attack, equip it the Power Band since it can up the Attack stat. Removing the item will return the stat to it's
regular number before you equipped the item. I suggest giving the items to which it will raise the stat that's highest. Like what I said about the Staraptor having high Attack stat, and equipping
it with the Power Band since that helps up the number of the Attack Stat.(See my Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 3 Items List)
- Store precious items you can't bear to lose! If you have a Joy Ribon that you don't want to lose while in a dungeon then go to Kangskhan Storage(Next to Kecleon Market) and store the Joy Ribbon.
The storage will never lose your items so it's very useful! Plus it has so much space that even I hadn't used up most of it yet! The Kangaskhan storage is a wonderful resource! ^_^
- Save up your money! Every time you go on a exploration, you bring back money when you come back. So if you don't want to lose all that precious money then go to Duskull Bank and store you money there!
(Don't worry, Duskull won't steal your money he looks suspicous but he's actually a good banker! ;D) So when you save up than you have a lot of money to buy some useful items!
- Have different types of moves! If you only have one type of move(Water-type moves only) than that won't help you when trying to beat a type resistant to that move. So learn different types of moves!
Check a Pokedex and see the list of moves your Pokemon can learn! Have a Piplup team member learn Peck! Maybe Dig! See the moves that look good for you! But don't just have one type of move! ;D You can
do that but just to be warned it'll be a little tough. Unless your real good at Pokemon Mystery Dungeon battling!
- Feed your team Gummis! Gummis help raise your IQ! IQ skills help you very much, they can show you a hint where the stairway is! Might destroy traps! Be sure to give the right Gummi to a Pokemon! The
Gummis have a name like the Sky Gummi! Sky Gummis significantly raise a Flying-Types IQ! They don't teach you a new skill right away, just is more quicker to learn a new skill! =D See my Gummis guide to
find out which Gummi fits which type!
More soon! =D
